③ Available Sizes (Standard Range)

  • Thickness: 0.3–60 mm
  • Width: ≤ 2000 mm
  • Form: coil / sheet / plate / disc / slit strip on request
  • Surface: 2B · BA · No.1 · No.4 · HL · 8K on request

④ Applicable Standards

ASTM A240 · EN 10088-2 · JIS G4304/4305 · GB/T 3280

⑤ Typical Applications

Thick-walled welded components, large tanks, chemical equipment, piping, welded fittings not subjected to post-weld heat treatment

⑥ Substitution & Selection Tips

Slightly lower strength than 304 but better resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. If solution annealing is applied after welding, 304 is sufficient.

Chemical and mechanical data are quoted from the general ASTM A240 standard. Available sizes are standard ranges; the contract and technical agreement shall prevail.
